Pedagogical framework
Our priority is the quality of the educational support offered to our students from our certified teachers and their teaching assistants. They organize lessons efficiently, ensuring that they are user-friendly and engaging for our students, and meet the needs of their families and their school.
The management structure
In addition to the pedagogical team (teacher and teaching assistants) who are responsible for the pedagogical activities of each group, a course manager communicates all non pedagogical information and answers questions as they arise from parents, students or the school itself. This ensures the teaching team can focus on teaching and the administration is available in support as needed so our students can progress in a stimulating climate.
Communication: the key to success
We know that school and family collaboration is essential to academic success. That is why our team ensures regular communication with our students' parents throughout the course.
Proactive communication with our students' parents
In order to keep families informed of their children's progress and challenges, the teaching team ensures email communications throughout the collaboration.
General class operation
Whether before, during or after the course, the course manager transmits all administrative information to the family as well as the student's school.
Follow-up documents
Several follow-up documents are sent to families as well as the student's school (when applicable), with the family's permission. In addition to the final report card, personalized follow-up reports are sent, promoting consistency and continuity with the student's learning progress.
